Frequently asked questions

Which scheme should I use to apply for a work permit?

It depends mainly on your salary and your position. With a salary of at least DKK 552,000 (2026), the Pay Limit Scheme is often the simplest route. With a lower salary, the Supplementary Pay Limit Scheme or the Positive List may be relevant.

How do we get started?

You send us a short description of your situation. We review your case and tell you what options you have and what our assistance covers before you decide.

Can you help if I do not meet all the requirements for citizenship?

Yes. We specialise in applications for Danish citizenship with dispensation, which must be submitted to the Danish Parliament's Naturalisation Committee.

Do you also help companies?

Yes. We help companies hire employees from countries outside the EU, including certification for the Fast-track scheme.

Frequently asked questions

What does a review of my case cost?

Contact us with a short description of your situation. We come back with a review of what your case requires before you commit to anything.

What cases do you help with?

Work permits (Pay Limit Scheme, Positive List, Fast-track), permanent residence, spousal reunification, Danish citizenship, student residence, agricultural trainees and cases under the EU rules.

Can you help if I have been refused?

Yes. We review the decision and assess whether an appeal or a new application gives you the best chance. The appeal deadline is in the decision – contact us in good time.
